Maegan Valdez, musician
Maegan has been performing for 23 years and teaching music for 14 years. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music in 2011 and is passionate about sharing the art of music with the world. She lives in Irvine, CA and is available to perform within a ~50 mile radius of Irvine. She is accepting new piano students in Irvine, Lake Forest, and surrounding areas and teaches students in their homes.
Special Events
Maegan has extensive experience performing in both public and private settings: religious services, weddings, and funerals, as well as accompanying choirs and soloists. She is currently booking for the rest of 2025 and 2026. She is classically trained but can play a wide variety of genres and is excellent at sightreading.
The Lesson
Maegan is currently offering in-home lessons for ages 5 and up. She offers 30, 45, and 60-minute lessons and use 2-3 books that are purchased by the student. Maegan hosts bi-annual recitals, both at Christmas time and in the Spring.
